将任意图片转换为ico图标：simplyicon绿色版 -凯时尊龙

simplyicon可以将常见的图片文件快速转换为windows图标文件(*.ico)，可以生成32x32、24x24、16x16或 128x128大小的ico图标。将图片文件拖放到simplyicon主界面上就自动生成图标，保存到图片所在目录。

simplyicon为.net程序，windows 7可以直接运行，否则需要安装.net framework 2.0。

toycon也是一个很不错的图片转ico图标工具；另外simplyicon的作者还开发了一个不错的自然绘画软件smoothdraw。

simply create windows icon files (.ico format) by drag-and-drop images on to this program. actually i wrote this program because i need a simple tool to generate icons, but i haven't found any decent free ones.

this program generates down-sampled 32x32, 24x24 and 16x16 levels automatically. it will also generate the 128x128 level if your source image is equal to or larger than 128x128.
